Rule 95. Grant of discharge certificate

95.1 The rule
Witness discharged by the Appellate Tribunal may be granted a certificate in prescribed GSTAT FORM-08 by the Registrar.
95.2 What it does
Rule 95 provides the document that formally releases a witness from a GSTAT summons and records what he was paid for attending. Discharge is the Bench's act; the certificate is the Registrar's.
