Rule 92. Officer to administer oath

92.1 The rule
The oath or affirmation shall be administered by the Court officer.
92.2 What it does
Rule 90 gives the witness's words and r.91 the interpreter's. Rule 92 answers the only question left: who puts them. It is the Court officer — not the Bench, not the Registrar, not the party's authorised representative, and not the interpreter.
