Rule 121. Dress for the Members
Chapter XV · Miscellaneous
121.1 The rule
The dress for the Members shall be such as the President may prescribe.
121.2 What it does
Rule 121 confers a power and prescribes nothing. Where the Rules specify the dress of those at the bar in terms — r.77 for authorised representatives generally, r.122 with an actual specification and a summer proviso — they leave the dress of the Bench itself entirely to an administrative decision of the President.
