79.1 The rule
The affidavit shall conform to the requirements of order XIX, rule 3 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (5 of 1908).
79.2 What it does
Rule 79 contains no requirement of its own. It borrows one provision of the Code of Civil Procedure — Order XIX, rule 3 — and makes it the test of a GSTAT affidavit's contents.
